Please activate Smart Driver Updater:
1. Open Smart Driver Updater (if not already open).
2. Click the ‘i’ button (upper right corner of program).
3. Click Register Smart Driver Updater.
4. Enter your name where indicated.
4. Enter the License Key you received via email.
5. Click Activate Now.

Make sure you are entering your correct license key.  Receipt numbers are sometimes mistaken for license keys.  Please re-check your order information email for your correct license key. Some helpful tips regarding your license key:
1. Copy (Ctrl + c) and paste (Ctrl + v) of your license key is recommended.

2. The correct license key format for Smart Driver Updater version 4 is:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (five series of four characters).

If your license has four series XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX – you have an old version 3.1 license key. Please contact our support above for your upgrade options.

3. If you’ve check the above and your key still does not work, please contact support at above email for a new key.

Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8:

1. Close Smart Driver Updater (if open)
2. Click Start > Programs > Smart Driver Updater
3. Click ‘Uninstall Smart Driver Updater’
4. Click ‘Yes’ to continue with Uninstall and ‘OK’ when complete

Windows 10:

1. Close Smart Driver Updater (if open)
2. Click Start
3. Scroll down to Smart Driver Updater
4. Click the down arrow next to Smart Driver Updater
5. Right click on Smart Driver Updater
6. Click Uninstall
7. Control Panel will open – click Smart Driver Updater
8. Click Uninstall
9. Click Yes to complete Uninstall
